Monday I did the core fitness class at the YMCA, which had some sprinting in it. Tuesday night I did a regular run, though I started at 5.00 pm which was awesome.
For the first time in a couple of weeks I ran the full distance to Glebe again. On my way back I pushed a little harder -- worried that I'd be late and thinking of the one time I was a little late to pick up the boys and then both were crying -- but it was fine, I completed the run in 46 minutes so well on time.
