Shorter from the YMCA

It was very hot yesterday and I didn't feel very strong (I went to the gym on Thursday and Friday) so I turned around a little earlier. In retrospective that wasn't necessary, I still arrived nicely on time to pick up the boys. Later that day I napped for almost 90 minutes so clearly I was tired.

Wednesday night

I had a great workout yesterday, still sore and tired in my shoulders but ready for a run. Halfway the run I felt my left knee -- almost certainly because of the band exercises I did yesterday, pretty intense. It's a sign that we're working on the right thing.

Power outages

There was a short but strong storm today and there are power outages all along Clarendon and Ballston. I ran with my flash light, always useful but especially tonight.

Run between work

I worked from home today and it was great to go for a run in the evening. Put the kids upstairs starting at 7.15 pm, they were in bed by 8.00 pm haha.

Run after the gym

went to the gym in the morning. Ran easy tonight. Left knee felt a little weird, 1/10. Run felt awesome. Ran around 7 pm which was nice.
