MSN Messenger continues to experience a service outage for some customers. We wholeheartedly apologize for the inconvenience you may be experiencing. Our operations team is working diligently to restore full service (including restoration of all personal contact lists) as soon as possible. Our goal was to restore service to ALL MSN Messenger customers by late Friday, July 6th. While we have restored service to many users, some accounts are still experiencing problems when trying to log in.
