Eurovision Songcontest 2003
We were watching the European Songcontest at the BBC. The voice-over was by Terry Wogan -- he was absolutely hilarious.
The songs were a lot worse than I had imagined they would be. It was the first time I saw it.

I'm happy we switched to the BBC, no other program could have made it such a funny show (ONLY owing to the British presentor, of course). But one of the worst songs won. So the belly dancing scores well in Europe, although the voting is pretty political. This explains the predictable voting from a lot of the countries, except Romania and Slovakia.......
Too bad Bulgaria did not take part. Next year, I hope.
