My plan is to make this a healthy trip. So when I arrived at the hotel around 5.30 pm I immediately went for my first run.

I ran from the Creekside Inn to the Stanford Campus. Didn't get lost this time.

Dinner was good, not too heavy, not too much. We saw the results come in of the Iowa caucus.
