Went for a run with NCRC tonight. Boy, I'm out of shape! It was only 5 miles on a trail but it felt very tough. I haven't run enough on hills, I think; New Jersey of course is 'flat as pancakes'.

Great run, great group. Small turnout, only 15 people.
