Short run before the race
Last night I went for a shorter run than usual, to keep in shape but not to get too tired for tomorrow's race. I'm really excited about the prospect of running an official race! My goals is to run at least 11 minutes per mile (about 34 minutes), hopefully even faster.
I'm now leaving to Inside-Out, the running store in Cary to pick up my race package. I'm not quite sure what's in that but we'll see.
