Guus Bosman

Today I went for a run around Lake Johnson, near my work. Our building has a shower and lockers so in my lunch break I hit the road. It's a beautiful trail. I ran about 4.5 miles, and it felt good.

The next day I hardly felt tired, and no weak spots.
