Swim
Yesterday afternoon we spent the afternoon at the pool. I swam maybe 20 lanes. My arms were the weak point -- I had no problem cardio wise to continue but got really tired in my arms.
I didn't go for a run. This morning I could feel (slightly) all kinds of muscles that I don't use and now got a workout while swimming. Not sure if its imagination but I think this is good for my ankles also. Should swim more often.
