1/11: On our way to the park we made a short stop for some supplies; on the right is our mini-van. The road was very quiet, hardly any traffic. The main roads on the island are all two lane roads.

3/11: Cactusses. The nature on the island is a bit like the South-West United States.

6/11: The road up. Later, the road would be become much more rocky and some serious climbing would be required. We were so focussed on going forward that we didn't make any pictures there.

8/11: The mountain got much steeper when we were almost there.

10/11: On our way back, you can see that I look rather tired. We walked and climbed for over four hours in the full sun.
