1/16: The first thing we did was put the things from Rosa's fridge and other perishables into our new fridge. It's great to have such a large fridge just for the two of us.

2/16: Right after we moved the livingroom was full with our luggage.

4/16: On the Saturday that we moved, our mattress was delivered. We had bought a cuilt and pillows, so at least we had a place to sleep.

5/16: The computer and monitor, in their boxes.

6/16: In the next days we went shopping. The day after we moved, we went to Ikea to get the most urgent things: a livingroom table and a bed.

13/16: After we came back from Ikea we went to the mall at Pentagon City, and got more things for in the apartment.

14/16: From the mall we took a taxi home. In the apartment building we could borrow a cart from the management to bring the things upstairs.

15/16: Cooking for the first time in our new place. The pans and utensils I brought from Holland are very useful.

16/16: Our first dinner.
