Since we don't have access to Dutch libraries here, I try to build up a collection of Dutch children's books, including second-hand books.

We received a wonderful gift from Judith last year, and a few months ago I bought several books from a sale by a Dutch school in California.

Today I repaired several books. I had never done that before and in fact it has been a long time since I used glue and a brush. It's a rewarding project. The books will never look new again but at least they'll be usable for several more years.
