Back from Amersfoort

Today there was a Kolonisten tournooi in Amersfoort, a Dutch Championship Qualification (NK).

The event was organized together with the SpellenWinckel a very nice game shop.

Now Jaap and Mieke came for -yet again- a Steden & Ridders... I'm looking forward to it, but at the same time a bit afraid that I won't be able to win again :)

Clock

Today I'm studying again, it's probably going to take another two weeks. The subject is more difficult than I thought, but interesting. Today I learned how to specify a clock:

`act`	`tick`
	`display: Nat`
proc	`Clock(n:Nat) = tick·Clock(S(n)) + display(n)·Clock(n)`
`init`	`Clock(0)`

At 999 Games

Picture of 999 Games I'm at 999 Games now; it's a very pleasant evening with many friends. I've only played one game, Carcazonne. I became 2nd (Rob was first).

I haven't seen 999 Games' new building before and I'm quite impressed -- a real improvement. We've been talking about the Spellenspektakel, the annual game fair in Eindhoven.
