It was either too hot or I'm really getting out of shape -- I couldn't finish the 4 miles I usually run and I walked 25% of the time. Probably both. I don't seem to find the time to run during the week, which is annoying. But it was also a very hot day, and I ran at 1.00 pm.
It's Sunday morning. Jaap was going on a bicycle trip and Sasha to Pilates, so I ran before breakfast. It was pretty tough, since it's getting hot early.
Nora and Jaap are having a very good time together. She likes to look at his face and then she smiles.
Every day she spends more time on her tummy, and she's really getting better and better at holding up her head. There are even some early experiments on learning how to turn.
Jaap cooked bami for us yesterday -- a great recipe.
It's warming up and I'm warming up again after being out of the running (haha) for a while. After my cold I started, and I planned to do another run last Friday when all of a sudden we saw a house that we liked and we ultimately bid on. Unfortunately, our offer wasn't accepted. Anyway, I ran tonight and it was tough! I didn't record my time. But good to be running again.
Nora is four months old today! 
Jaap has been here for one week already, and Nora is having a great time. 
Nora and Jaap are having a very good time together. She likes to look at his face and then she smiles.
Today Nora's Opa arrived from Holland! We went to Dulles International to pick Jaap up, and it was wonderful to see him. 
It's the beginning of a long weekend and it was great coming home to my ladies.
