Good run.
It had been a while since I ran on the Custis, but today I ran in the afternoon. Went well.
Not fast -- it's very warm outside -- but I felt strong.
After a big dinner and 2 beers, on a warm evening.
Finally a faster run. I felt strong tonight.
Ran 49 minutes ago. Slow, but steady. 3rd week of 2 runs per week, back in the rhythm.
