Walk in the park

We walked in the Eno River Park this afternoon; very refreshing.

On the way back we got somewhat lost and made a nice trip through the country side north of Durham. We found a Starbucks and we had a good time. Now getting ready for a Christmas party.

Late night run with frogs

Last night I was home at 8.15 pm, and we went for a run right away. We hadn't run for a couple of days since we had lots of visitors this weekend, so we really want to go for a work out. It was a good run, but we started too late so we finished the track when it was very dark outside. We saw a lot of of frogs in the dawn dark.
