By Guus , 19 August 2018 Long run With my parents here, and the kids asleep, it was easy to go for a long run. 96 minutes, not bad. Ran to past Ohio Street on the W&OD, next time I might push it to East Falls Church.

By Guus , 4 August 2018 Hilly run It's been a while since I took the hilly course, and today was nice opportunity with the boys napping well. On the trail near where the Blue building used to be, the trail was repaved, so I couldn't use the cracks to see where I'd take my break ;)
