dailylife

Wow… what a day. Yesterday I received my doctoraal exam, and I’m officially a Master of Science!

It was a wonderful day, with a nice ceremony and a great party. I loved it that so many friends, family members and colleagues were there. I got a lot of presents, flowers, phone calls, nice cards, a very nice voice-mail and I really enjoyed it all.

Later more on the party and the ceremony, first some coffee now. I hope I can get the coffee machine working — Tuesday it didn’t work.

Master Of Science is no guarantee for Mastering the Coffee Brewer…
I enjoyed the ceremony as well and it was a great party. We are proud of you.

In fact I just fixed the Coffee Brewer! It’s not exactly rocket science: a little rope does the trick.

Pictures and stories will be online in a while… I had a great day. This morning I started reading “The words we live by”, the book about the American Constitution.
